NewDay Risk Consulting was founded on the core belief, principle, and vision of Independence.  Our job is to represent your best interests and act as your advocate, operating between you and the insurance companies. If you aren’t successful, neither are we.

With decades of experience, we assist employers in establishing a process that reduces costs and improves productivity.  Think of us as your internal risk manager and safety director.  Our job is to relieve insurance frustrations and help put you back in charge.  We know and understand the mistakes and errors that pop up and can lead to overcharges year after year.  We will efficiently work as an extension to your business model with minimal disruptions to your business lifestyle.

We have never heard of anyone receiving an insurance policy and throwing a party for their friends to come over take turns reading it.  Let’s be honest, insurance is boring, complicated, and often misunderstood.  Unfortunately, most businesses don’t fully understand what they have or don’t have until they suffer a loss – which is too late.

Questions We Love Answering

For several reasons, buyers of insurance don’t ask all the questions that they might be thinking. We are going to do our best to answer some of these questions.

All we hear from every insurance broker/agent that we meet is how wonderful their service is. What exactly does service mean to you?

We feel service is best defined by your needs and not a template of what we think service should be. With your help and input, we will mutually define what is or what is not important to you.  We then put together a service calendar and performance promise agreement detailing our relationship and what you can expect from us monthly.

Do the insurance companies you work with have good financial ratings?

An insurance policy is only as good as the company who is backing it. Before our agency enters into a contract to represent an insurance company, we review their Financial rating with independent agencies such as; A.M Best, Standard & Poor’s, and Moody’s.  Our policy is to partner with companies who have shown a discipline of stability, financial security, and have a Financial Rating of A or better.

If we work with you, how do we know that everything is going well with our program?

Good communication or a breakdown of communication determines the success of your   Your preferred method of communication and the frequency is determined in our promise agreement to you.  We have clients who prefer the phone, text, email, social media, in person scheduled visits, or all the above.  We love them all.  There was a recent study showing 70% of all us businesses are underinsured.  Over 60% of these owners admitted to not reviewing or discussing their insurance program with their broker or agent on a regular basis.  Coincidence?
